TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in the services of Dimension Systems, Inc.
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of www.DimensionSystems.com (the “Site”). This Site is owned and operated by Dimension Systems Inc. This Site is an eCommerce website.
By using this Site, the customer indicates that the customer has read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them at all times.
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Dimension Systems Inc and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
When the customer creates an account on our Site, the customer agrees to the following:
Dimension Systems reserves the right to suspend or terminate the customer’s account if the customer is using Dimension Systems’ Site illegally or if the customer violates these Terms and Conditions.
Sale of Goods And Services
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services available on our Site.

The unit being used in the Tracking Services is Property of Dimension Systems and the services will be paid for every month when the services are ordered until the 12 months minimum is met and the customer may have the option to cancel.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods and services that are displayed on our Site at the time the customer accesses it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, Dimension Systems is not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as Dimension Systems cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services provided. The customer agrees to purchase goods and services from our Site at their own risk.
Dimension Systems reserves the right to modify, reject or cancel the customer’s order whenever it becomes necessary. . The customer agrees that it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor their payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Services may include car kit installation, which will start at $50.00 per hour and may vary by number of installations
Third Party Goods and Services
Our Site may offer goods and services from third parties. Dimension Systems cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties on our Site.
Due to the nature of GPS technology, location accuracy will depend on the strength of the signal where the tracker is located at.
The customer’s subscription will automatically renew, and the customer will be automatically billed until Dimension Systems receives notification that the customer wants to cancel, 30 days prior cancellation date. Note that the minimum time of the Tracking Services that Dimension Systems offers is 12 months.
To cancel the subscription, please follow these steps:
Any customer/ company that special orders a large amount of quantity must pay in accordance with the Annual basis. Should there be any cancellation within 14 days of purchase, the customer/ company must pay a 15 % restocking fee of the total tracking service contract, as well as the cancellation fee of $100.
Payments and sign-ups will all be processed through the Dimension Systems Website. Dimension Systems accepts the following payment methods:
Note: All online transactions will be subject to a 5.5% non-refundable Transaction Fee. Dimension Systems Inc, does NOT receive any part of the non-refundable transaction fee.
If in any case, the customer cannot pay with the payment methods above, the customer may opt to pay offline and pay via check or cash, however for check and cash payments, the full annual subscription payment is required.
When the customer provides us with their payment information, the customer authorizes Dimension Systems’ use of and access to the payment instrument and the authority to charge the amount due.
Upon Payment to the website, the customer authorizes to pay the service fee that is given on top of the service that is provided by Dimension Systems.
If Dimension Systems believe the customer payment has violated any laws or these Terms and Conditions, Dimension Systems reserves the right to cancel or reverse the transaction.
If in any case, the payment does not go through the payment due date, A second attempt of payment will be tried again in 3 days with emailed notice. After no payment has been received after the second attempt, payment will be tried again for the third time with emailed notice. after the third attempt, if no payment is received, the unit will be disabled by Dimension Systems Technicians and subscription will be cancelled. If in any case, a customer would like to be billed offline, the customer is choosing to pay annually.
If a customer chooses to subscribe again after the unit has been disabled, the customer must pay a reactivation fee of $30.00 and the yearly subscription fee of $207.68.
Consumer Protection Law
Where any consumer protection legislation in the customer jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit the customer’s legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
Limitation of Liability
Dimension Systems Inc and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees from the customer use of the Site.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site the customer indemnifies and hold harmless Dimension Systems Inc and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of the customer use of our Site or the customer violation of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Territory of Guam.
If at any time any of the provisions outlined in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
If at any time the registered customer will request a refund, the only acceptable condition is within 24 hours of purchase and the unit must be unopened in selling condition.
If at any time the registered customer would like to cancel the tracking service before the 12 months minimum. The customer must follow these directions:
If in any case a customer may lose the product and would like to cancel their subscription, the customer must still follow the directions above. Unless a customer foresees to just pay the replacement fee of $100, a customer may continue their subscription.
Registered Customers must make the assigned payment date. If no payment has been taken, within the 3 days grace period- the unit will be disabled by Dimension Systems Technician. The customer will also be responsible for a payment fee of 5% of monthly payment (per day) after 3 days grace period.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way Dimension Systems operate our Site and the way Dimension Systems expect users to behave on our Site. Dimension Systems will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
