If you have multiple ActivPanels from the Elements Series or Titanium Pro ranges in your organisation, you can easily duplicate a set configuration from one ActivPanel to another with the ‘Import/Export Configuration’ feature.

You will need a USB drive and to be signed in as Owner on all ActivPanels to copy the configuration across.

IMPORTANT: Before importing or exporting a configuration, please make sure that the ActivPanels are the same model with the same firmware version. To upgrade them to the latest firmware, visit the Update page.

The following settings can be imported and exported:

  • Network (Wi-Fi and ethernet)
  • Bluetooth settings
